There is no federal regulation for current menstrual hygiene brands to fully disclose the ingredients in the pads and tampons we purchase off the shelves. With vaginal tissue being the most absorbent part of the body and having a direct link to your reproductive organs, the last thing we want is bleach, dioxin and other chemicals in our blood stream every month.
You deserve better! Our pads and tampons are free of rayon, polyester, wood pulp and pesticides. Our products are made from certified organic cotton and are better for your health and the environment.
When will my ElleBox arrive?
Your ElleBox will arrive on the fifteenth of every month. If you need to make any changes to your delivery date, please email us at [email protected].
What can I expect in each box?
We have 3 different boxes available:
The Essentials Box is $10.99/month. It includes 16 organic pads and tampons and your choice of plastic or cardboard applicators.
The Comfort Box is $29.99/month. It includes 16 organic pads and tampons, along with a new tea, chocolate or snack and two personal care goodies (face masks, bath salts, lotions and more).
The is $19.99/month. It includes 14 organic pads, 5 pantyliners, 2 surprise goodies and our Know Your Flow guide which includes everything a tween needs to know about their period!
How much does it cost?
We are currently offering 3 tiers of boxes at $10.99, $19.99 and $29.99.
Shipping is free in the US, but we do charge a small shipping fee for Canada. We’re actively working to remove the Canadian shipping fee.
Can I alter the contents of my monthly shipment?
If you would like to change your variation of pads/tampons just send us an email at .
Can I skip a month of service?
Anytime you need to skip a month of service, just and select "skip month". Your next ElleBox will arrive the following month.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the 1st of every month.
How can I change my billing and shipping information?
You can update your billing and shipping information by logging in to your account.
I forgot to skip the month and I just renewed, what can I do?
Email us within 24 hours of the renewal and we'll skip the month for you!
If I cancel my subscription will my account be refunded?
No, cancelling your subscription stops your subscription from renewing in the future but you will still receive any outstanding boxes on your account.
Can I send an Ellebox as a gift?
You can! Just click on the "Gift" option at checkout and put in the shipping information of whomever will be receiving it!
What if my box doesn't arrive?
If your box doesn't arrive just send us an email to and we'll track your package right away! Sometimes our shipping carrier will leave a note to pick up the package from the nearest post office. Reshipping of any packages will be a fee at the customer's expense.

Can I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription, simply login to your account and select "Cancel". Your subscription can be cancelled at any time without a charge. If there's anything we could have done to make your experience with ElleBox better, please let us know! We appreciate all feedback.
